What is the most convenient way to reach the hotel from Bangkok's main airport? Can I use public transport or is a taxi better?

From Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Makkasan Station, then transfer to MRT Blue Line towards Itsaraphap Station. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the station. Taxis are available but may be more expensive and subject to traffic.
Can I arrange for an airport transfer service to the hotel? What does it cost?

Airport pickup can be organized with a request made 2 days in advance, with additional charges. A small taxi for 2 people costs THB 800, while a larger taxi for 4 people costs THB 1,200. A van for 5-6 persons is available for THB 1,500.
